The Market’s Story
Fény Utcai Piac was reborn at one of the defining points of Buda’s urban fabric, near today’s Széll Kálmán Square. In place of the former outdated market, a unified and contemporary space was created while preserving the traditional functions of a local market.
Throughout the redevelopment, merchants played an active role – helping the market retain its authentic community character.
